As I mentioned in my last post, Tyler & Natalie have a passion for helping children with cancer. After the interviews and careful thought, we decided to go with a theme of child like love. We feel this trailer captures the essence of their unique story.

They were everywhere.. It was amazing, I have never heard so many planes flying overhead wile shooting a bridal interview before. In spite of the noise distraction we managed to get some great stuff. I really enjoy taking the time to learn more about the bride and groom. It is always fascinating to learn what drew them together, and what makes their marriage so unique. I think that is why I enjoy the story angle of wedding video production so much. We all have a unique story to tell, and capturing it on video brings new life to such a significant milestone. Tyler and Natalie really have a passion for children, which is what inspired their career choice (working at Egleston Children's hospital), it also was the inspiration behind their choice of reception venue. The solarium was one of the first Children's hospitals in Georgia, and its significance was part of the reason why it was chosen for their reception. I certainly had an enjoyable time learning more about the family dynamics, the symbolism in the days events, and the beauty in the story of their new life that would otherwise go unnoticed. I'm looking forward to cutting together these interviews with the footage we have from the wedding, should make a great story.

Ben and I will be attending the WEVA convetion this week. WEVA is the wedding and event videographers association. They are the premiere trade organization for wedding videographers. I'm excited because this is the first time I have ever attended the convention. We are hoping to glean some new techniques and skill from some of the best wedding videographers in the world. I'll be coming home Thursday night, but I'll try to keep you posted everyday of some of the new exciting things we are learning.
